The long-awaited day has finally arrived, and the Odyssée restaurant is now: open!
The crew is on the deck, ready to set sail on the road to Mediterranean flavours with Chef Damien.
Some of the team know each other well, having worked together for several years at Chez Mô (Albert 1er). The team has also been joined by an Italian cook who brings his own personal touch to the cuisine.
On the seafront and just a few paths away from the beaches, they will be cooking up our specialities all year round, such as the 3-course bouillabaisse, salt-crusted fish, seafood couscous, fettuccine with lobster from the tank, fresh whole fish of the day, pasta and risottos, and even a few meat and vegetarian dishes…
The story is being written and the journey is just beginning… Bon vent!
